Rooted in the soulful mission of tending to those who tend to others, this practice offers a space for genuine spiritual and physical renewal. Shiatsu & Ceremonial Bodywork
My bodywork method is a weaving of Shiatsu, Thai, abdominal massage, and Reiki. Together they support physical, digestive, emotional, and energetic release. Nourishing the nervous system and restoring balance with a sense of peace and ease.
Trained in Ohashiatsu, this is the foundation of my practice. The experience is like a dance with fluid transitions and uninterrupted care.
Received fully clothed on a thai mat, sessions are guided by intuition and attentive listening, following the body's subtle responses to support it's needs in the moment.
Bodywork sessions are provided in-home and at studios in various locations along the Northeast Coast.
$15 travel fee for in-home sessions.
Shiatsu Bodywork
These sessions work through the entire body. Applying compression and stretching along the meridian channels naturally works through all body systems including energetic, digestive, fascial and musculoskeletal. Abdominal massage regulates and assesses the stability of the body. The gentle yet impactful nature of Shiatsu allows this work to be supportive for everyone.

Ceremonial Bodywork
An expanded Shiatsu session with attention on chakra-focused energy work, light breathwork, crown cleansing and vocal toning. May include an oracle card reading to guide the intention of our session. The session is held as a sacred container, guided entirely by presence and attunement rather than a fixed structure. Supportive for those desiring a deeper bodywork experience or moving through significant transitions.

My journey as a Shiatsu bodyworker began with the Ohashiatsu method, a Shiatsu practice rooted in the principle of Touch For Peace. I believe that healing touch is the original medicine and when met with devotion, love and care we have the ability to bring peace to the body.
Creating a travel bodywork practice grew from an inner knowing that part of my calling is tending to those who tend for others. This healing approach offers a ripple effect to supporting the greater collective through restoration and love.
